We are delighted to welcome Laura Tobin to the Ahascragh Distillery team as Business Development Executive & Brand Ambassador. 

Laura is a dynamic marketing professional with extensive international experience, shaped by seven years of living and working in the United States. Laura moved to Florida for college on a cross-country and track scholarship, earning a degree while balancing the demands of competitive athletics. After graduating, she spent two years in Tampa gaining valuable experience in marketing.

Most recently, Laura completed the Bord Bia Marketing Fellowship, spending 18 months in New York collaborating with a diverse portfolio of Irish food and drink clients to grow their US presence. During this time, she also earned a Master’s in International Marketing from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School.

Outside of work, Laura is passionate about fitness and regularly participates in local road races. She is also a coffee enthusiast, always eager to explore new coffee shops.
