Ahascragh Distillery is proud to expand its Family Bond series with the debut of Clan Colla 7 Year Old Single Grain Irish Whiskey. This exceptional whiskey, aged in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in Panamanian Rum barrels, promises a delightful sensory experience.

Since its launch in 2021, Clan Colla has been celebrated for its diverse range of aged Irish Whiskey releases, including Single Malts, Blends, and now, Single Grain. The distillery's commitment to innovation is evident in its exploration of various finishing casks, from Pedro Ximénez to Peated, offering something to suit every palate.

Gareth McAllister, Co-Founder of Ahascragh Distillery, expresses his excitement about this latest release, stating, "We've meticulously selected top-quality whiskeys and infused them with the character of unique casks from around the globe. While eagerly anticipating the completion of their distillery in County Galway, Gareth and Michelle McAllister launched the Family Bond series, featuring Clan Colla Irish Whiskey, UAIS Irish Whiskey, and Xin Gin. These handpicked releases, although not distilled by Ahascragh Distillery, are meticulously matured, blended, and bottled in their West of Ireland home.
