The Proper Chocolate Company are one of few Bean-to-Bar chocolate makers in Ireland. They transform high-quality cocoa beans into fine chocolate, hand-roasting cocoa beans, then refining, aging, moulding and packaging their chocolate– all from their Dublin facilities.
The combination of Irish Whiskey that has been aged in Bourbon barrels, Olorosso Sherry & Peated casks, and the bold single estate Costa Rican Nahua Cocoa Bean, creates a rich, decadent whiskey chocolate experience.
