  • 60ml UAIS
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Sugar Syrup
  • 4 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Egg White

How to make a Classic Whiskey Sour

  • Prepare the Glass: Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the cocktail.
  • Muddle: In a cocktail shaker, add 30 ml of fresh lemon juice and 15 ml of simple syrup. Gently muddle any additional ingredients such as fruit or herbs, if desired, to release their flavours.
  • Add Whiskey: Pour 60 ml of UAIS Irish Whiskey into the cocktail shaker.
