As we bid farewell to 2022, we're thrilled to share a momentous achievement: the arrival of our three copper pot stills and condensers at Ahascragh. This marks a significant step forward in our quest to bring exceptional spirits to life in the heart of County Galway.

The journey of these stills, all the way from Forsyths in Scotland to our distillery, symbolizes the dedication and hard work of our team. Their unwavering commitment has made this milestone possible, and we're immensely grateful for their efforts.

With installation nearing completion, we're eagerly preparing for the commissioning phase, set to commence in January. It's an exciting time as we anticipate the inaugural distillation of Ahascragh spirit in early 2023.
