At Ahascragh Distillers Limited, we strive to ensure that every product leaving our distillery meets the highest standards but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14 day returns policy, from the date you receive your order.
- Your return must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed bottles.
- We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on Sale items.
- We recommend you post your return via registered post and accept no responsibility for any deliveries lost or damaged.
- The cost of postage for return items is the customer's responsibility.
- Once we receive your return we will process your refund/exchange.

Exceptions:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our team immediately at orders@ahascraghdistillery.com or call +353 90 968 8935. We will work diligently to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed in the case of damaged or defective products, and the customer may be asked to provide photographic evidence to support the claim.
